Registration Information

In order to access the Site, you must first sign up for a Intelligent Dots User Account and create a login ID (an email address) and account password (collectively, the "Registration Information"). The Site will automatically create an account under your email address and password. 

 

Personal Data

If you use the Intelligent Dots Services, you may enter data into the account on the Site, in order to set, track and manage your progress. This data, your "Personal Data", includes your birthdate, your height and weight, your gender, and specific details of the data your Home Dots devices record and the data you enter into the Site.

Standard Information

We also collect standard information about our users such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited on our site, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of the visits. This site visitation data is used to administer the site and provide general statistics regarding the use of Site visitation data is never linked to your personal information, and we do not use it to identify you individually.

Information That We Collect from You About Others

If you decide to invite a third party to use the Services, we will collect such third parties' name and email address so that we may send such third parties an invitation to use the Services and other information about the Services. If you decide to use our Services with social networking platforms, we may collect information about your interactions with people with whom you associate through those platforms.

Intelligent Dots uses the services of a third-party provider to verify credit card accounts. As part of the services provided to Home Dots, financial information collected by a third-party provider is used to check the purchaser's qualifications and bill the purchaser for products and services ordered from Intelligent Dots. Certain products available on this Site are supplied by third parties. In order to fill your order Home Dots may share your contact information from the order form allowing third parties to ship products to you directly, provide you with product information and fulfill your order. Home Dots does not share your profile with other third parties. Further, we do not share personally identifiable information with other third parties.

 

To help us improve our products and serve our customers better, we anonymously track how our apps are used, on what devices, and other aspects of customer use. The app analytics data does not include information about the user or any way of associating the data with a particular individual.

You should also be aware that any of your information on your mobile device which is backed up on iCloud or a similar “cloud” storage system may be collected by the provider of that system. This collection of information and the use of any such information by the provider is outside of the control and responsibility of Intelligent Dots.

Your Right to Delete Your Data

If you would like to cancel your Intelligent Dots account, you may do so by emailing our support. When you request cancellation of your account, your personally identifiable information will be deleted, including but not limited to your email address, name, photo(s), friends list and links to social and partner sites. Archival copies of your account information that exist within our back-up system will be deleted in accordance with our normal back-up expiration schedule. Following cancellation or termination of your account, Home Dots may continue to utilize de-identified and anonymized historical data associated with your use of the Home Dots Products.

 

Email Communications From Us

We may provide our registered customers with weekly summaries of their account data and email alerts. We also allow users to subscribe to email newsletters and from time to time may transmit emails promoting Intelligent Dots or third-party goods or services. Intelligent Dots subscribers have the ability to opt-out of receiving our weekly summaries and promotional emails and to terminate their newsletter subscriptions by following the instructions provided in such emails.

Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related emails, such as email alerts. We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not want to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.
